Northern Trust Hires Four In Northeast

Northern Trust has made four hires in the Northeast including two pros in New York who have joined from Brown Brothers Harriman and Geller Family Office Services.

John Lee joins as a senior vice president and wealth advisor in the New York office. He brings 23 years of asset management and client relationship experience to the role and was previously managing director at Brown Brothers in New York, overseeing one of the firm’s largest wealth management offices.

Also joining in New York is Maria Neary who comes on board as a senior vice president and wealth advisor. Previously, she led Geller Family Office Services. Prior roles include chief operating officer at Braun Business Management and senior relationship manager at JP Morgan Private Bank.

In Connecticut Brian Donovan has been recruited as a senior vice president and wealth advisor from Ernst & Young’s Personal Financial Services Group, where he was a senior manager.

Marisa Facciolo has joined in Delaware as senior vice president and wealth strategist from Wilmington Trust where she served as a vice president and senior private client advisor within the Wealth Advisory Services division.

“As our business accelerates, we plan to make more additions to our existing pool of expertise in areas such as financial planning, portfolio management, fiduciary services and private banking,” said Jeff Kauffman, president and chief executive of Northern Trust’s Personal Financial Services in the Northeast.
